Accommodation & Supported Living
Many organisations claim to put people first. But how often are these words supported by real action? For Pockets of Peace, helping people is what inspires us every day.
From the emergency and crisis support a person needs to survive. To the hope and encouragement that will help them thrive. We’re here for people and communities as they face life’s challenges, no matter how big or small they might seem.
We provide A Safe & Supportive Home
- High-quality, homely accommodation – Well-maintained, secure, and designed for comfort and stability.
- 24/7 staffing (if applicable) – Round-the-clock support for those who need it, with a focus on gradual independence.
- Inclusive and welcoming – We support care leavers, unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC), and those at risk of homelessness.

Our Progressive Reduction Model
We believe in scaffolding independence, not creating dependency. Our support is structured to reduce over time as skills develop:
✅ Initial high-support phase – Intensive keyworking, daily living assistance, and close monitoring.
✅ Middle phase – Reduced staff intervention as confidence grows, with guided independence in budgeting, cooking, and self-care.
✅ Final move-on stage – Minimal staff involvement, focusing on troubleshooting and long-term planning for full independence.
Why choose us?
✔ Ofsted-regulated – Meeting the highest standards of care and safeguarding.
✔ Gradual reduction of support – Our model ensures young people progress confidently towards independence.
✔ Experienced, trauma-informed staff – Dedicated to empowering each individual’s unique journey.
